Allen L. Mauldin, M.D.

Physician
In 1977, Dr. Mauldin
earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from McMurray
University in Abilene, Texas. Dr. Mauldin graduated from
the University of Texas Health Center at San Antonio in
1982 and completed his residency at the Texas Tech
Regional Academic Health Science Center in Amarillo in
1985.
Dr. Mauldin began
practicing medicine at the former Mason Community
Hospital and opened his practice in Leander in 1987
where he has practiced family medicine for almost 20
years. Dr. Mauldin is certified as a diplomat with the
American Board of Family Practice.
Dr. Mauldin is an avid
tennis player and enjoys many other outdoor activities.
He enjoys spending time with his sons, Jason and Chad,
his daughter, Blair, and his granddaughter, Riley.
Theresa A. Jones
APRN, BC
Family Nurse Practitioner
Mrs.
Jones earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the
University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana. In
1995, she earned her master’s degree in nursing from the
University of Illinois at Chicago. Mrs. Jones is
certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American
Nurses Credentialing Center of the American Nurses
Association. Mrs. Jones has been a nurse practitioner
for over 10 years and a registered nurse for over 25
years.
Mrs. Jones has worked at
Leander Healthcare Center since 2000 and focuses on
providing quality preventative medical care to local
families.
In her free time, Mrs.
Jones enjoys being with her husband, Bob, and her two
sons, Elliott, 15, and Austin, 13. Together, they enjoy
swimming, sporting events, and watching their beloved
Illini, Chicago Cubs, and Chicago Bears.
